By accessing or using VIERCE Flow ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

VIERCE Flow is a multi-agent AI collaboration platform that coordinates multiple specialized AI agents to process tasks submitted by users. The Platform acts as an orchestration layer between users and AI agents.

Users describe their objectives in natural language, and the Platform automatically creates workflows, assigns tasks to agents, monitors progress, and delivers results.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or circumvent platform limitations.
• Not use the Platform to generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant VIERCE Flow a limited license to process that content through our AI agents for the purpose of fulfilling your requests.

Agent-generated outputs are provided to you under the same terms. We do not claim ownership of results produced by agents on your behalf.

5. Usage Limits & Pricing

Free tier accounts are subject to usage limits as described on the pricing page. Paid accounts are billed according to the selected plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

VIERCE Flow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
